I have practiced for 25 years since my MA degree in Counseling Psychology. I work with individuals, families, or couples facing anxiety or depression, life changes, and relationship challenges as well as other issues. I have also worked as a group therapist with people struggling with substances and addiction. In addition, I have taught classes in stress management, anger management, and communication skills. I would approach issues with you openly, and consider whatever approach may be beneficial for you given your needs.
