Life consists of many challenges that can be difficult to handle on our own. At these times, it is helpful to know that we have an individual with us who provides non-judgmental support and guidance. I view the psychologist-client relationship as being collaborative with both individuals working together. Reaching our for help can be a challenge, so I work to make the process as comfortable as possible.
