I find that I work well with individuals who are thoughtful, curious, and ready to look at the patterns that keep them feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I enjoy working with a wide range of people- young professionals finding their way and trying to make sense of it all, parents balancing multiple roles, and adults navigating major life transitions. My practice is welcoming and affirming of all identities and relationships, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. You don’t need to show up knowing exactly what you want to work on — just come with a willingness to be honest, reflective, and collaborative.
