I am a relational psychotherapist in private practice in Kingston, NY, and I serve as the Director of Education and Faculty in Psychoanalysis at the Institute for Expressive Analysis in New York City. Also trained in Integral Somatic Psychology, ACT-Matrix, Coherence Therapy, and Embodied Archetypes, I integrate these modalities with a deep understanding of the transpersonal into a flexible, resonantly attuned, here-and-now way of working. I offer a free initial 50-minute consultation to give us both enough time, with no expectations or pressure, to decide whether we want to try working together. I work with the whole complexity of each unique person’s nervous system, thoughts, feelings, dreams, narrative experiences, implicit memories, and the nonverbal language of the body. Working integratively this way, we can discover what lies at the roots of recurring patterns in your life, how those patterns activate and play out, and how they affect you.
