It's not easy to find your way into a life that suits all of the complexities of who you are. At one point or another, you may look upon your life with some sense of disappointment, confusion, fear or uncertainty. Perhaps doubts have surfaced about choices you have made or your ability to feel alive and connected within your own world. Despite these difficulties, I believe that all people can and deserve to build a life that integrates their values and unique gifts. Although the journey is rarely straight-forward, I hope to offer guidance, empathy, and honesty to all of my clients, collaborating to discover what wants to be changed.
