As a licensed therapist in both Arizona and Hawaii, I am dedicated to supporting people recovering from anxiety and depression, as well as relationship problems and addiction. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches that include solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness. Additionally, I am a Level II trained practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and also provide family therapy as well as parent coaching.
