Starting therapy is a way to take a positive step towards change—a chance to get curious about your life, reconnect with your strengths, and open new pathways toward joy, ease, and authenticity. I believe that hope grows through compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection—and that even in life’s most difficult moments, healing and growth are always within reach. It’s completely natural to feel unsure or ambivalent about starting therapy. Taking that first step can feel vulnerable, even when you know something in your life needs attention or care. My goal is to make that step feel safe, do-able, and worthwhile.
