Whether that is grief, depression, chronic illness, caregiving, or major life transitions like retirement, new parenthood, or transitioning to college/a new career. I also support first and last responders carrying heavy emotional weight, as well as high achievers feeling burnt out or disconnected from what matters most. My clients are often looking for support, understanding, and a safe place to process their experiences.
