In over 30 years of clinical work, as the founder and director of a social service agency and as the former therapist dedicated to Harvard Law School, I draw from a wide range of evidence-based clinical modalities to help you achieve your goals. I work with adults of all ages. I am effective in helping clients cope with uncertainty, find relief from depression and anxiety, restore balance in life and navigate relationship and career changes.
