I’m here to help you find your freedom. I became a therapist because I believe my purpose in life is to be of service. I can relate to the challenges that trauma brings, and the power of finding your voice and your freedom. During my career, I have seen people change their lives for the better time and time again. I am grateful to be a witness to that process, and awed at the resilience, strength, wisdom and fortitude that all of us possess. I believe that help and healing comes through a good relationship with a caring therapist. I strive to connect with people through empathy and validation, and facilitate lasting positive change. Our first few sessions are for you to tell me who you are, what you have experienced and what YOU need to reconnect with safety, joy, purpose, meaning and love again. There is no agenda. After a what you have survived, this time and space is for you.
