I am passionate about serving underserved communities, including those impacted systemic inequality, trauma, limited access to care, or racial battle fatigue. I am LGBTQ- affirming and open to all faiths and practices. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to move forward on their own terms. Whether managing illness, adjusting to life changes, or seeking mind- body balance, I approach wellness through a holistic lens that respects cultural identity, spiritual beliefs, and lived experiences. I am currently a postdoctoral fellow working under the supervision of Dr. Isaiah Sypher.
