I am a licensed professional counselor and registered play therapist working in my own practice with children, teens, and adults. While the work we do is serious, I provide a comfortable environment filled with light, humor, and genuine positive regard. I offer a lively and interactive experience regardless of your needs. I am trained in several models, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS); however, I believe a solid therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth and change.
