Since there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy, I incorporate various evidence-based treatment modalities, techniques and skills that may best meet your individual needs. I have 15 years of experience collaborating with individuals presenting with various treatment needs, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relationship conflict.
