I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 16 years experience helping high-functioning individuals who feel stuck despite appearing successful on the outside. Many of my clients are exhausted from overthinking, perfectionism, and unresolved trauma. I specialize in intensive therapy designed to create focused, meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. I believe people aren't broken- just caught in patterns that once helped them survive. Together, we'll move beyond coping toward real emotional freedom and lasting change. I offer both traditional one hour and intensive sessions- up to 6 hours per day. This clean out the gutters approach is equivalent to 3 months or more of weekly individual sessions. In my practice, I have found that in order to create true change we need to address the root of the issue, which is often negative messages taken in throughout our lives.
