I believe that in today's technologically driven world counseling can provide a safe place where we can slow down to become aware of the present moment. Through counseling, clients can explore their current life situation and begin to deal effectively with the circumstances they are facing. Counseling can also provide tools for change, but even more, it can be a springboard to begin identifying some of the factors that have led to the current situation. I work with individuals and couples as well as lead pre-marital workshops.
