While we all strive to live a life full of joy, excitement, success and fulfillment, we all encounter times when our plans for ourselves get derailed. Some may struggle with relationships, mental illness, trauma, tragedy or life stage transitions. We all need some help during these times to help get back on the path to wellness and happiness. I believe that while these trials are difficult, they can also be used as stepping stones to help us become a better version of ourselves.
