Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Pepperdine University and have been practicing for 5 years. I help individuals of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or stress and empower them with the tools and strategies needed to create meaningful and lasting change. I look forward to being part of your therapeutic journey. In your first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your current challenges, symptoms, and goals. Together, we’ll start to explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how CBT works and, in some cases, a simple strategy to begin practicing right away.
