In a world flooded with alarming news and constant stimulation, it can be difficult to find true moments of ease or clarity, and even harder to move forward when you feel stuck. I offer a warm, steady, and safe space to explore change and address challenges and priorities. I bring honest insight, a sense of humor, and deep respect for the people I work with. For much of my life, I held in leadership roles in wilderness education and adventure environments. Those years taught me that people can grow when faced with adversity, and that support, humor, and reflection can make the toughest challenges manageable.
