I have expertise in helping people who suffer from panic attacks, anxiety, depression, loneliness, fear, trauma, grief, relationship problems, and work issues. I can help you to change that which you choose to change. I am warm, empathic, and understanding. Although it is difficult to take that first step, it is eventually rewarding to have the freedom that comes from understanding yourself better and making choices that benefit your life. I mainly use an insight oriented psychodynamic approach.
