I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Starting therapy can be daunting and overwhelming, you may be struggling with emotions that you are not able to name and express. My goal as your therapist is to create a safe space where you can explore your inner thoughts and feelings, and their origins, and find ways to cope with and express your emotions. I treat mental health from a systemic lens, with the understanding that our inner world is inextricable from our interactions with our family, colleagues, and the world in a larger context.
