I am an experienced psychotherapist licensed in CT, RI and MA. I am pleased to offer teletherapy services to residents of those states via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. My approach to therapy is designed to help people develop skills to navigate life’s inevitable crises and transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore both the individual and interpersonal patterns that often carry forward from the past, contribute to current emotional distress, and keep people "stuck". I work collaboratively with clients to build a non-judgmental, trusting therapeutic relationship.
