I’m a telehealth therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people navigate PTSD, cancer, grief, chronic stress, and burnout. I’m passionate about this work and supporting you in healing from the past and restoring balance to your whole self — mind, body, and spirit. I use evidence-based approaches — including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR, IFS, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic practices like yoga and breathwork — and can also offer art and Tarot guidance for insight and self-discovery.
