Ready to start therapy? Good to hear! As a therapist I am here to work with you collaboratively. In my practice I share with you what I've learned and what I see has helped client's I've worked with. I have over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, adults and families of diverse backgrounds; providing support, resources, short-term, long-term counseling/psychotherapy. As I’ve grown in my practice my niche has become more focused on working individually with adults; males, females. Empowering them individually to improve various areas of their life. Thank you in advance for considering our working together. In addition to my specialties, I'm also a certified parenting instructor for Active Parenting Today and well versed in Attachment Parenting and Love & Logic Parenting. I utilize emotional focused and attachment based modalities to help individuals excel in their relationship as an individual, parent, partner or best friend.
