I work with couples, families, and individuals experiencing, anxiety, family conflict, and any of life's challenges. As a systemic therapist, I approach each client, couple, and family with deep curiosity and respect for the complexity of each person’s experience. I believe that problems don’t exist in a vacuum—but rather live in our relationships, our histories, and the stories we’ve been told. The possibility for change comes from an awareness and interruption of patterns where we have gotten stuck. I believe that people are always communicating, even when words aren’t spoken.
