Marlin Sandlin, LMFT 151975. Highlighting my client's wonderfulness, resilience, and accomplishments is essential in how I conduct therapy. Problems trying to lock people in prisons of negative self-image - whether depression, anxiety, trauma or the fickle demands of society. However, I reintroduce my clients to their wonderfulness and re-author their relationships with themselves. I use a Narrative-informed approach that embraces clients' wisdom and helps them find alternative narratives to the problem-saturated narratives that haunt them.
