I believe in our shared goodness and capacity for personal growth and change through self-discovery. This is the reason I have dedicated my professional life to the practice of therapy with children and families. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and their families, to resolve conflicts and reach desired therapeutic goals for 25 years. I have specialized training helping others faced with a multitude of challenges to include suicidal behaviors and with issues related to anger, defiance, and conduct. Additional training areas include anxiety, depression, and ADHD. During times of conflict, it can become very difficult to communicate. I use various therapeutic techniques to help both children, adolescents, adults, and families rediscover themselves and most of all, their voice. My treatment modalities include play therapy, art therapy, sand tray, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
