Greetings! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana with over 15 years of experience. I have a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a PhD in Educational Psychology from Ball State University. I help adults and executives develop resilience through life adversities and help them regain greater insights about how they can move forward with more authenticity and purpose. In our first session together, here's what you can expect During our first session, if you are ready to jump into deeper work, my role is to help spot can guide you towards your healing and strengthening process. If you need more time to gain more trust, we can build rapport so you feel more comfortable with the therapy process.
