I am passionate about helping women cope with everyday stress caused by a variety of sources. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, I can help. I believe in helping women achieve a positive relationship with themselves so they feel whole, heard, and happy in life. Some of the issues and life areas I can help you resolve include going through divorce/relationship ending, disordered eating, work life balance, professional development, depression and anxiety, as well as other mood disorders, sensory processing disorders (including highly sensitive individuals), life transitions, and grief/loss. I am passionate about helping women and girls create healthy relationships with themselves and healthy relationships with food. I believe that building a healthy relationship with oneself is the first step in creating positive habits. Women and girls often face challenges identifying their own wants and needs and then prioritizing them into reality.
