Whether repairing a connection that is broken or improving communication to create understanding, a trained Couples counselor can help to provide the tools for success. A little about me-I have over 20 years experience in the medical field in which I gained experience in dealing with life transitions, grief, loss and other life changes, good and bad. I bring this perspective into my approach. I offer a space that is judgment- free and supportive. I utilize a narrative approach in my work because I feel there is healing in telling your story. I have training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, as well as EMDR. I tailor my approach for each person. Whether you are struggling in your relationship or stuck reliving painful trauma, we can work to help you find ways to heal and grow.
