It can be incredibly difficult to navigate the stress and emotions that can come with daily activities, transitions, and life events. Over the years, it has been my privilege to assist children, adolescents and their families to work through the challenges in their lives. My strengths as a practitioner are in helping clients identify and employee their strengths while discovering creative solutions.
