I aim to provide support specializing in self-care, stress reduction, self -esteem, and anxiety management. As a clinical therapist my practice is modeled from the person centered theory. While working with clients I focus on the person and what you can do, not a condition or disability. I know the most important aspect of therapy is meeting people where they are and helping them to achieve their highest potential by providing coping strategies, and interventions to assist to building their life
