I’m Marquese Hayden, a retired Air Force veteran and a dedicated mental health professional committed to helping individuals heal, grow, and break generational cycles. As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) with a Master of Social Work degree, I bring both personal experience and clinical insight to the work I do. My passion lies in creating safe, culturally responsive spaces where people—especially those from marginalized communities—can reclaim their voices and rewrite their stories.
