I have a vast amount of experience in working with both youth, adults and families. I am passionate about working with mental health as I know it is sometimes difficult to find a safe space. I am dedicated and committed to raising awareness about the importance of mental health and reducing the stigma associated with seeking assistance. With teens, I provide a safe, supportive space where they can openly discuss topics that matter most such as school, friendships, relationships, self-esteem, hygiene, family, college, and life after high school.
