As a therapist and supervisor, I strive to create a safe, supportive space for clients and supervisees to process emotions, face challenges, build skills, and move toward healing. I honor each person’s unique journey with intentionality and respect. Whatever your struggles or goals, I’m here to help you navigate them. It would be my privilege to support you on your mental health and social work journey. I am trained in and have years of experience assisting individuals heal from and navigate narcissistically abusive relationships. I also have experience working with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. I use various modalities including CBT, DBT, and Exposure Therapy, among others.
