My experience spans over two decades in the counseling field, providing services in both residential and community mental health. My clients have included children, teens and young adults struggling with ADHD, depression and anxiety. Together, we worked to develop and utilize coping skills and building techniques that assisted these young people with moving forward, making adjustments as needed, and building routines to combat daily struggles.
