I am an innovative, accomplished, well-rounded, and seasoned therapist, 15 years in the field, so I have experience with many types of client issues. I've worked with all age groups. In session we can: fix or resolve issues, reduce stress, get clarity, recover, learn to regulate emotions, sort through life plans, stop worrying or ruminating, heal emotional wounds, eliminate symptoms, discuss root issues, unpack truths, explore existential meaning, or get support.
