I am a queer therapist specializing in treating complex trauma, OCD, and sex/sexuality concerns. Many of my clients identify with having "big emotions" or have a history of feeling misunderstood - sometimes this overlaps with ADHD, Autism, BPD, Bipolar, Dissociation, or PMDD. I am an unapologetically sex-positive and kink-affirming therapist and I am passionate about working with non-monogamous people, queer people, trans people, and sex workers. Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels caring and non-judgemental. I won't leave you in silence for the entire session - I am an active participant in therapy sessions, providing gentle feedback and affirmation. When doing OCD work, I use a blend of Exposure Response Prevention, ACT, and I-CBT. This offers a compassionate approach to treating OCD.
