The Mission of Marsh Counseling Inc is to help you 'Anchor Your Life'. I will work towards helping you live a purposeful life for the future. I assist with coping with anger, anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I practice EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing to address mental health issues. I promote wellness through teaching meditation and relaxation skills and create a supportive environment that promotes wellness. Therapy is the first step to 'Anchor Your Life' to what is good, to what is important and to what brings happiness.
