Hello and welcome to the beginning of a healing and expansive journey. I provide a safe space in which to explore your reasons for seeking therapy and to help bring out the strengths and resources that already exist inside of you. I use an Internal Family Systems approach, among others, to help you heal and further your life satisfaction. I have companioned those who feel stuck or are experiencing life transitions, grief and loss. I best support those who are interested in personal growth, not simply the relief of symptoms, although that often comes naturally when a commitment to transformation is present.
