Reaching out for help can be difficult and intimidating. The truth, however, is that we are all human and there comes a time in everyone's life where we need help. Maybe we just need a non-judgmental, open minded, trustworthy person that we can sit down and talk to. Someone that can really listen and help to sort out our feelings and our situation. Someone who can help to make better sense of what is going on and maybe even help to come up with a plan for changing it.
