As a long-time surfer, climber, and explorer at heart, I see my role as a guide who helps you move through your fears and toward your longings. Like with any good guide, we'll map the territory, build trust in your Self, learn skills to navigate difficult spots, and discover clarity on top of the mountain. I believe when our curiosity outweighs our fears, we can take the leap into a more authentic life. I work with adults with anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, grief, men’s issues, and life transitions. I am also trained in psychedelic integration for those seeking support for their journeys.
