Making the decision to change is difficult. Emotional growth does not come easy but we all have choices to make: living by default is not really living. I have over 30 years of experience in mental health, practicing in a variety of settings and collaborating with many different disciplines. Everyone of us has a story to tell. I believe in human greatness but understand the challenges posed by our human condition. We are all unique and our quests and journeys are different; however, the search for connection and meaning are universal. I encourage action and purposeful steps.
