English | español I am an experienced licensed psychotherapist and psychoanalyst in private practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I provide individual and couples therapy to adults that consult for emotional and relational struggles, loss, trauma and dissociation, depression, anxiety, and difficulties related to displacement and relocation. I trained as a psychologist in Bogotá, Colombia, later as a psychotherapist in Cambridge MA and a psychoanalyst at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis where I now serve as co-chair and member of curriculum and admissions committees. My office is located between Harvard and Central Square in Cambridge. I am fluent in English & Spanish. I have many years of experience working with a diverse group of people of different nationalities, ethnicities, religious affiliations and sexual identities. This has refined my ability to listen to many different ways of understanding life experiences. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and psychodynamically-oriented.
