I offer individual, couples, and group therapy using psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapies, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, with relational and mindfulness-based methods, as well as the Gottman approach for couples. I also facilitate a Relational Process Group to build insight through real-time interactions, an Anxiety Management Group with CBT and mindfulness tools, and a Meditation Group to foster calm, awareness, and emotional regulation.
