Hi! My name is Marta, Why just survive when we can thrive? This is the question we need to ask ourselves when thinking about starting therapy. I have dedicated my career to help answer this question, with over six years experience working within a variety of specialties and populations. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor that has worked extensively with individuals struggling with relationship dissatisfaction and other relational issues, depression, anxiety, anger and emotion management, emotional eating, panic attacks, trauma, struggles with self-esteem, stress-management and burnout. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, take some time to get to know each other, then dive into specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions, where we can expect a balance between a more guided approach with skill-building.
