As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC/LCMHC) I specialize in working with young adult women struggling with anxiety, depression and life transitions/stressors, in addition to couples where one partner is struggling with anxiety. Through an individualized approach, I encourage you to explore how early life experiences are impacting you today, while simultaneously developing coping and effective communication skills to create change. I value creating a safe and trusting environment that allows for self-love, discovery and growth, while also addressing your needs and goals of treatment.
