I am here because of you. Replenish Counseling is about helping you become the best version of yourself. I have been in mental health for over 30 years. I find immense satisfaction in seeing someone grow and put all the pieces together to better understand themselves. I have personal experience with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions. I continue to walk that road and find pleasure in helping others find their way. I also have personal experience with obesity, binge eating disorder, bariatric surgery and utilizing a GLP1. When I tell clients that I understand their struggle, I mean it in a deeply personal way.
