Life can change in a second; in a myriad of ways. Therapists are there to help you through. My practice is open to all people experiencing challenges in any aspect of their life. My practice includes but is not limited to working with issues of grief/bereavement, eating disorders, cutting, anxiety and depression, LGBTQ, stress management, marital conflict and more. I use a holistic approach in my practice and really believe in starting where the client is. I strongly believe that the only way out of something is through it.
