Making the decision to see a counselor requires courage, strength, and vulnerability in a journey of self-exploration and increased awareness. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental space for each unique client's experience to feel love, joy, connection, and work through pain, loss, trauma, and grief. I work with a wide range of clients with various issues and have specialized training in trauma-focused care and EMDR.
