I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with couples and families to support healing, connection, and growth. My approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strengths.
